Hello! This tool was created by an educator, for educators. We want to be crystal clear about your data:

  • Your data is yours, period. We have absolutely no interest in selling your personal data to anyone. Our business is providing a useful service, not profiting from your information.
  • AI Privacy Matters. We connect to AI models like ChatGPT through their official business API. A key part of their policy is that they do not use your data to train their models. This means your submissions and feedback are processed privately and are not fed back into public AI systems.
  • Deletion means deletion. If you choose to delete your account from your settings, all of your associated data (student names, submissions, feedback, etc.) is permanently removed from our database. Barring a genuine technical glitch on our end, we are committed to this process. Should any issue arise, we will notify you.
  • Payment Info. We use Stripe for payments, which is an industry leader in security. They may keep data for their own legal and operational purposes, but Feedback Flow doesn't store your sensitive payment details.

Our services leverage artificial intelligence to provide feedback and analysis. By using these features, you agree to the following:

  • AI as a Tool: Our AI is designed to be a supportive tool for educators. The final judgment on student work always rests with the human user. AI-generated feedback should be reviewed and moderated by the teacher.

  • Confidentiality: Submitted documents are not used to train public AI models. They are processed securely and are not accessible by any third parties, except as required to provide the service.
  • Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the AI-generated feedback.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
