Accessibility statement

Last updated: 28 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-28

Feedback Flows Ltd is committed to making Feedback Flows usable by as many education professionals as possible. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML and Bootstrap-based responsive layouts
  • Visible focus states and keyboard-accessible primary navigation in most flows
  • Text alternatives for key branding images where provided
  • Support for system light/dark theme preferences via an in-app toggle

Known limitations

  • Some complex builder UIs (e.g. learner pack / rubric editors) may be harder to use with screen readers
  • PDF and DOCX exports inherit limitations of generated documents
  • Third-party embeds (e.g. YouTube training videos) depend on the third party’s accessibility
  • Charts and dense data tables may need additional textual summaries in places

We are iterating on these areas as part of ongoing product work.
