System Architecture Overhaul & Stability 🚀

We have completely rebuilt the engine that powers our AI tools. This "Async Architecture" upgrade ensures that heavy marking jobs will never time out or crash the server, regardless of file size.

• Smart Essay History: The Smart Essay Marker now saves your work! You can view a complete history of previous feedback jobs and revisit results anytime—no more lost work if you close the tab.
• Background Processing: All heavy AI tools (Video Marker, Rubric Generator, Syllabus Creator) now run in the background. You can start a job, navigate away, and check the status later without interrupting the process.
• Crash Protection: Implemented robust safety mechanisms to automatically refund credits if the AI encounters a read error or fails to generate marks.

Marking Workflow Enhancements ⚡

Based on teacher feedback, we have significantly improved the data export process for marking jobs.

• Smart Copy: Granular control over copying grades, feedback, and justifications to the clipboard (perfect for BTEC/strict criteria).
• Direct CSV Export: You can now download marking results directly to Excel/CSV from both Batch and Automated marking modes.

Infrastructure Upgrade: Professional Email System 📧

We have upgraded our email infrastructure to use a dedicated domain-based system. All official communications, including Welcome emails, Password Resets, and Notifications, will now come from admin@feedbackflows.org. This change ensures higher deliverability and a more professional experience for all users.

We've completely overhauled the core Student Profile and Class Management interfaces. The new design focuses on clarity, accessibility, and speed.

• Student 360° Dashboard: A reorganized profile view that groups tools logically into Authorship Verification, Marking, and Growth Tools for faster access.
• Dark Mode Ready: Both Student and Class pages are now fully optimised for Dark Mode, reducing eye strain during late-night marking sessions. 🌙
