The story
Hi, I’m Tom.
As a Computer Science teacher I spent countless weekends buried under marking. It was one of the main reasons I left the profession. I knew there had to be a better way: high-quality, personalised feedback without sacrificing your own time and well-being.
I built Feedback Flows to solve that problem. It is the tool I wish I had. It is designed not to replace teachers, but to empower them. Our mission is to give you back your time, so you can focus on what matters most: teaching and inspiring your students.

Data and responsibility
Your trust is the foundation of the service.
Technology should be a partner to the teacher, not a replacement. The final judgement and the educational relationship always belong to you.
Processed for the request only
The work you and your students upload is used to generate the analysis or feedback you ask for. Enterprise organisations also keep an organisation-only similarity bank to spot copying between their own learners.
Not used to train our models
We do not use your data to train our own AI models. Your uploads are not a training set.
OpenAI API processing
Text is securely sent to our AI partner, OpenAI, via their API. As of their current policy, OpenAI does not use API data to train or improve their models.
Never sold
We will never sell or share your personal information or uploaded content with third parties for marketing or advertising.
