This Cookie Policy explains how Feedback Flows Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on https://feedbackflows.org. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use browser localStorage for some functional preferences (for example theme). Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR, non-essential cookies require your prior consent.

2. How we ask for consent

  • Essential cookies load as needed for the Service to work (login, security, remembering your cookie choice).
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and our unique-visitor cookie) are off by default and only set after you Accept all or enable analytics and Save.
  • You can change your mind at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
  • Your choice is stored in the essential ff_cookie_consent cookie for up to 6 months.

4. Categories explained

  • Essential: required for authentication, security (including bot protection on signup) and storing your consent preference.
  • Analytics: help us understand how the site is used. These are optional.
  • Functional: remember UI preferences such as light/dark theme. These stay in your browser’s local storage and are not used for advertising.

5. Third-party analytics

If you opt in and Google Analytics is configured for our deployment, Google’s scripts may set _ga / _ga_* cookies. Google acts as a processor for analytics measurement. See Google’s documentation for details of how GA4 cookies work.

6. How to withdraw consent

  1. Click Cookie settings in the site footer.
  2. Choose Reject all, or uncheck analytics and click Save choice.
  3. You can also clear cookies via your browser settings. Clearing essential cookies will sign you out.
